The 3D rendering is turned into a plan to submit for permitting. The plan shows everything from the location of proposed structures to the necessary details to comply with building codes.
The permit has been approved, we are ready to construct.
The plan has been stamped, and your pool is ready to take-off!
811 Dig has been notified and all utilities in our construction area have been marked.
The pool has been staked and our team of excavators begin to dig and shape. This is typically a one-day process.
Now that the pool has been dug, our team will immdiately begin installing all of the PVC plumbing followed by the steel cage. Plumbing is put under pressure and an inspection for both plumbing and rebar is scheduled.
4000PSI shotcrete is sprayed onto the excavated walls and floor leaving us with a concrete shell, your pool!
Fantastic, we have a pool! Now let's put it together. Our skilled artisans will install all waterline tile and pool coping, border of the pool. Materials such as travertine, marble and glass tile will start truly making your pool beautiful.
At this time our team will install all pool equipment and run all necessary utilities. An inspection is scheduled for utilities. Our crew will also pull all LED color changing pool lights and connect.
Grading will take place and your deck will now be installed ensuring proper drainage precautions are in place.
Whether Executive Pools contracts the landscaping or you have a trusted company, landscaping would need to be installed and bring us closer to the finish line.
Do you have an existing fence? Great! If not, we need to get a barrier fence up and protect our investment. Executive Pools works with a fence company and provides our rates direct to the customer.
Let's get some water in the pool! Pebble interior will be installed by our professional team. The new interior will be acid washed the following day and we will immediately begin filling the pool
The pool is full! Let's start the equipment and balance the water with chemicals. A team member will help you setup and learn about pool automation and equipment maintenance.
Executive Pools schedules and ensures that all final inspections are approved and completed with the permit.
